01General Terms

krikya is an online betting and casino platform that serves Bangladeshi users in both Bangla and English. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and krikya. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full.

02Account Registration

To open an account at krikya, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may open only one account — if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• An active mobile number and email address are required to complete registration.

2.1 Account Security

Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. krikya is not responsible for theft or misuse of account credentials if you have not taken proper precautions.

03Age and Identity Verification

krikya is for adults aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

04Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at krikya is ৳100. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made through these methods are generally credited to your account instantly.

When making a deposit, ensure that the mobile wallet is registered in your own name. Deposits sent from a third-party number will not be accepted without verification.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

Before withdrawing, make sure your account identity verification is complete and any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. If wagering is incomplete, only the original deposit amount (total balance minus the bonus) may be withdrawn.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw winnings from the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and expiry — the terms stated on the offer page must be followed.
• A bonus may only be usable in specific game categories.
• More than one bonus cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion states otherwise.
• If wagering is not completed before a bonus expires, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• krikya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

krikya reserves the right to cancel any bet in cases of technical error, incorrect odds publication, or other exceptional circumstances. The stake for a cancelled bet will be returned in full. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds may also be cancelled.

6.2 Policy Against Unfair Play

Exploiting system vulnerabilities to harvest bonuses ("bonus abuse"), arbitrage betting, using bots or automated software, and gaining advantages through multiple accounts are all prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

6.3 Game Results

In sports betting, results are determined based on announcements from the relevant sports federation or official source. In casino and slot games, results are controlled by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is fair and verifiable.

07VIP and Loyalty Program

krikya's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is applied at the applicable rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

VIP tier changes are based on a player's activity and participation. krikya reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

08Responsible Gaming

krikya believes that betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — not a way to earn income. We encourage all members to play within their own limits.

9.2 Closure by krikya

krikya may suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information
• Failing age or identity verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Attempting to compromise platform security or harm other members
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned, though it may be held during an ongoing investigation.

12Changes to Terms
